REGISTRATION INFORMATION

FASFAA membership is a requirement for conference attendance. The Conference Registration Form is for current active FASFAA members only.  In order to access this registration form, you must have paid dues for the 2018-19 membership year which runs from July 1st, 2018 - June 30th, 2019.

If you have not paid your 2018-19 annual membership fee, please complete the appropriate Membership Application first:

When you register for the annual conference, your 2019-20 membership renewal fee of $30 will be automatically applied at no additional cost.

We encourage you to complete your registration on-line if you plan to attend the conference.  Registering and paying prior to arriving in Bonita Springs will help expedite the registration process and make it easier once you arrive on-site.

Warning:  Do not attempt to register someone else using your FASFAA user ID and

password as this will change your personal FASFAA membership profile.

Important Information Regarding Payment:

For credit card payments, go through Pay Pal

  • Click “Pay Pal.”

    • Current Pay Pal members may pay using PayPal account and password.
    • Non-Pay Pal members may use the Pay Pal Guest” option to pay. 

When paying by credit card, please be sure the billing address fields on the payment form match the credit card billing address of the card you are using. The credit card confirmation process requires a matching address for security purposes.

For payments by check, click the "Send Check" on the payments page. Please be advised your registration will be considered "pending" until payment is received.

Exhibitors - you will need to use your vendor code at checkout.

Retirees – you will need to use your retiree code at checkout.  
 
Cancellation Policy
 
  • Cancellations made prior to May 1,2019 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation request received from May 2 to May 15, 2019 will receive 50% of the registration fee.
  • If you register and do not attend, you will be charged 100%.

  1. Membership Status or Password retrieval may be directed to the FASFAA Membership Chair.
  2. Registrations may be directed to the FASFAA Registration Chair
  3. Payments may be directed to the FASFAA Bookkeeper.
  4. Vendor Code usage at checkout may be directed to the Sponsorship Chair.
  5. Retirees may contact the FASFAA Registration Chair.
