FASFAA Business Partners Advisory Group

The FASFAA Business Partners Advisory Group was formed in July 2019.

The primary objectives of the Group is to bring FASFAA Business Partners together as one voice to assist FASFAA leadership on ways to be more inclusive of our feedback and improve opportunities for more meaningful interactions with college personnel throughout the year, as well as enhance their contributions to the success of the association.

After a successful first year, FASFAA is excited about what comes next.  Business Partners bring value beyond sponsorship dollars and the group’s goals and objectives are :

  • To educate the members of the resources they have to:
    • support their institution with services available to assist in managing the delivery of aid and contributing to the positive student experience.  Some examples include lending, financial literacy, technology, compliance, interim staffing, and outsourcing solutions; AND
    • support their institution with the professional development of their staff with training opportunities and resources.
    • Make a positive impact on behalf of their organizations by building relationships and expanding their networks.
    • To be active members and volunteers that contribute to the success of the association, such as serving as committee members and supporting training as presenters or moderators at conferences, workshops, and on webinars.
