 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 FASFAA membership is a requirement for conference attendance. The Conference Registration Form is for current active FASFAA members only. To access this registration form, you must have paid dues for the 2020-21 membership year which runs from July 1st, 2020- June 30th, 2021.

We encourage you to complete your registration online if you plan to attend the virtual conference.  Registering and paying before the virtual conference will help expedite the registration process and make it easier to ensure you have a smooth transition to the virtual conference experience.

Important Information Regarding Payment:

For credit card paymentsgo through Payscape by clicking "Pay Now" on the registration formIf you choose "Invoice Me", an invoice will be emailed for you to submit payment.

Exhibitors - you will need to use your vendor code at checkout from the Sponsorship Chair.

Retirees – you will need to use your retiree code at checkout. from the Conference Registration Chair.
 
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made prior to May 1, 2021, will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests received from May 2 to May 15, 2021, will receive 50% of the registration fee.
  • If you register and do not attend, you will be charged 100%.

  1. Membership Status or Password retrieval may be directed to the FASFAA Membership Chair.
  2. Registrations may be directed to the FASFAA Registration Chairs 
  3. Payments may be directed to the FASFAA Bookkeeper.
  4. Vendor Code usage at checkout may be directed to the Sponsorship Chair.
