Enrollment Services is seeking a Director, Enrollment Processing Services to oversee the business processes and student information data across all departments and locations that support and enable Enrollment Services to successfully achieve enrollment and retention goals. The Director will provide operational oversight to implement and maintain resources, workflow processes, and staffing for the area of Enrollment Processing. As a student data system liaison across all functions of the university, the Director creates and maintains a holistic operational system focused on data integrity, best practices and provides improvement opportunities for the entire university.

Duties include:
•Manages, communicates, and guides the overall direction of an integrated service center for processing prospect contact cards and related mailers, applications, supporting documents and mailings for admissions, supporting documentation for financial aid and transfer evaluations for prospective students.
•Works collaboratively and collectively with enrollment services directors to determine service deliverables, assess performance, address system needs and best practices to ensure systems integration, and enhance customer service to students. Specifically, encode all prospects, process all undergraduate admissions applications, process and post all transfer credits, develop and post course equivalencies and transfer rules, process documents and update records for students selected for financial aid verification, ensure all academic milestones are posted for new and continuing undergraduates, perform routine and continuous audits to ensure data quality protocols are effective.
•Plans and ensures optimal operational and technical support for the processing of admission applications, supporting academic records and documents, recruitment contact cards, testing and other electronic data.
•Develops a communication plan to notify students when requested documents have been received and when their request for service will be completed. Additionally, anticipates students' questions and proactively initiates contact and communication to inform them of their progress to process completion.
•Establishes and oversees procedures for the timely processing of applications and recruitment data into PeopleSoft, ImageNow and the customer relationship management system (CRM).
•Develops assessment instrument for unit partners to evaluate integrated processing services; analyze data, publish survey results along with action plan to yield desired results for excellent customer/client services.
•Assesses staff performance towards unit goals and objectives regularly and develops an action and accountability plan annually.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate specialization and six years of experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialization and eight years of experience.

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience.
