Registration Information 

FASFAA membership is a requirement for conference attendance. The Conference Registration Form is for current active FASFAA members only.  To access this registration form, you must have paid dues for the 2023-24 membership year which runs from July 1st, 2023 - June 30th, 2024.

Tentative Agenda

If you have not paid your 2023-24 annual membership fee, you will need to do so as part of your registration for the conference.

*When you register for the annual conference, your 2024-25 membership renewal fee of $35 will be automatically applied at no additional cost.

We encourage you to complete your registration online if you plan to attend the conference.  Registering and paying before arriving in Port Charlotte will help expedite the registration process and make it easier once you arrive on-site.

To ensure we can accommodate members, please register by the registration deadline: May 3, 2024. 

Warning:  Do not attempt to register someone else using your FASFAA user ID and

 password as this will change your personal FASFAA membership profile.

Important Information Regarding Payment:

For credit card paymentsgo through Payscape by clicking Pay Now on the registration formIf you choose Invoice Me, an invoice will be emailed for you to submit payment.  If you need to make a Payment after submitting your registration form, please visit Member Payment

Exhibitors - you must use your vendor code at checkout provided by the Sponsorship Chair, Becky Davis.

Retirees – you will use the retiree code at checkout provided by the Conference Registration Chair, Jody Walker.

LEAP Participants - you will use the LEAP code at checkout provided by LEAP Co-Chairs,  Colin Benner or Tiffany Ireland.

All code users will have the base cost of registration waived ($290). The remaining $35 fee (next year's membership fee) must be paid separately.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before May 1, 2024, will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests received from May 2, 2024, to May 14, 2024, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee.

No refunds after May 14, 2024. If you register and do not attend, you will be charged 100%.
