The Florida Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (FASFAA) is a not-for-profit educational corporation comprised of over 700 financial aid professionals. These individuals represent all sectors of the financial aid community, including post-secondary institutions in Florida, lending institutions, state governmental agencies, loan servicing agencies, and other organizations that support financial aid administration.
2015 SASFAA Management Institute - October 7th to October 9th
The SASFAA Management Institute is geared towards senior-level financial aid administrators, generally defined as someone at a director, associate director, coordinator, or other senior leadership level in the financial aid office.
National Training for Counselors & Mentors (NT4CM)
Sponsored by OSFA, the National Training for Counselors and Mentors (NT4CM) provides freetraining and support for any individual who advises students and their families on how to fund education beyond high school. Professional trainers provide comprehensive up‐to‐date information regarding federal and state student aid programs, scholarship searches, and financial aid fraud. Participants learn how to access freeresources such as fact sheets, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations to help them help their students.
