The following position is being advertised as a vacancy for the 2014-2015 School Year:
Position # 013175152- TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR FINANCIAL AID
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School diploma or its equivalent is required
2. AA Degree or higher from an accredited education institution is preferred
3. Previous experience working with and technical knowledge of student financial aid and programs
4. Training and experience specific to working with Federal Student Financial Aid in clock hour systems preferred
5. Knowledge of government, donor, and/or institutional rules, regulations, guidelines, and procedures for awarding of financial aid, specifically PELL, COD and G5; as well as VA
6. Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education as approved by Human Resources
This position is open to the general public. It is a 12 month position. Salary starts at $32,000. Previous experience is accepted for salary calculation.
