Financial Aid Services (FAS) is seeking financial aid professionals to fill interim management, counseling and processing positions. Our consultants serve as interim professional staff in college and university financial aid offices. In a consulting capacity, they provide project management, assessments and analyses of all aspects in a financial aid office, guidance to optimize technology use, and direction to respond to audits and reviews. Relocation is not mandatory, however, extensive travel (by air and car) is required.
The successful applicants must have:
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Comprehensive knowledge of Title IV programs
• The ability to work in diverse and complex environments with
campus staff at all levels
• Management and organizational skills with the ability to work
independently or as members of administrative teams.
• For this recruitment, recent and relevant experience with
Ellucian Banner or Oracle PeopleSoft and/or Campus is most
preferred.
FAS consultants are seasoned, financial aid administrators with at least eight years of financial aid experience with a minimum of five years at a Director or Associate Director level. A bachelor’s degree is also required. An advanced degree and NASFAA Credentialing are strongly desired. Top consideration will be given to those with recent financial aid experience at a public, or private nonprofit, institution.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
